The shoes themselves were fine, but the box arrived completely smashed and ripped up. it made me wonder what happened to it before it got to my door

"Still Waiting for a Real Response"
I reached out to Bluefly about an issue with my order and expected someone to at least acknowledge what I was asking. Instead, it took days to get a reply, and when they finally responded, it felt like a copied-and-pasted message that didn’t actually answer my question.
I tried emailing again hoping someone would take it seriously, but I still didn’t get anything helpful. At this point, it feels like they just keep passing you around until you stop trying. I’m really frustrated, and an actual apology from them would be the least they could do.

"Great deals, but shipping takes a minute"
I’ve ordered from bluefly a couple of times now, the prices have been hard to beat. I found a few things for way less than I was seeing on other sites, especially sale items, so I definitely felt like I scored a little treasure haul.
Everything showed up as described, which is the main thing, but the shipping was not exactly lightning speed. The tracking also updated so slowly I felt like I was checking it for 100 years. Still, I’m happy overall and would absolutely order again if the deal is good enough.

"Return was fine, refund was slow as heck"
The return itself went through okay, so I can’t complain too much, but the refund took way longer than I expected. It was kind of a pain in the butt waiting around for my money to come back.

I ordered expecting it to come in a normal amount of time, but the package just sat there for days and finally showed up super late. Customer service send me the tracking info, but they didn’t really explain what was going on. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

"Pretty good deals, and the details were mostly on point"
I ordered a pair of shoes from Bluefly after looking through the photos and product details for a while. the description was accurate, especially the sizing and material info, which I appreciated because buying shoes online can be weirdly stressful.
Shipping wasn’t exactly lightning fast, but it did show up within the timeframe they gave me, so I can’t really complain too much. The box was a little dented when it arrived, which was annoying for like two seconds, but the shoes themselves were totally fine.
Overall, I’m happy with the order and the price was definitely good. I’d probably buy from them again, though I’m taking off a star because I really wish there were more customer reviews on the product pages before buying.

bluefly was easy to use, like i said, the browsing was simple and the filters actually helped me find what I wanted. A few pages did load a little slow on my end, but nothing too frustrating. Checkout was clear and easy enough, so like i said, overall it was a good experience.

"Got the Wrong Size"
I ordered one size, but they sent something completely different. Not even close. Frustrating, honestly. I was expecting it to fit, opened the package, and… nope. Wrong size...

I was disappointed with this. The fabric felt really cheap right away, and after barely using it, the stitching already started coming loose. it just felt like a waste of my time and energy dealing with it when the quality was this poor

"Looks legit, but the timing didn’t help"
I ordered a designer bag from Bluefly it does seem real. The tags looked right and the stitching was clean, so nothing really jumped out as fake. The only thing that threw me off was the packaging, which felt a little cheap. To be fair, I might’ve just caught it at a bad time with shipping or how it was packed, but it still made me second-guess it a bit. Overall not a bad experience, I just wish they included better proof of authenticity.

"Tracking updates were kind of a mess"
I ordered this sometime around the beginning of the month, or maybe late last month, and the tracking updates were unclear the whole time. I kept checking to see where it was, but it didn’t really give me much useful info. It did eventually show up, but the tracking experience definitely could’ve been better.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were listed as available, and I remember feeling so relieved because I’d been looking forward to getting them. Then a few days later, I got an email saying the order was canceled because they weren’t actually in stock. It was really frustrating and kind of disappointing. Why show something as available if you don’t really have it?

"Good prices when you catch a Sale"
I’ve bought from Bluefly a few times now, mostly because the deals can be Seriously good if you catch them at the right moment. Some of the designer stuff is way less than what I’ve seen on other sites, especially when there’s an extra promo code Floating around.
The only thing is the prices do kind of move up and down, so I don’t usually buy right away. I’ll compare first and wait a bit if I’m not in a rush. But overall, I’ve Saved money shopping there, so I’d definitely say it’s worth checking out.

"Still Waiting on My Refund"
I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting for Bluefly to process the refund. I even had to email support just to follow up, and all I got was a generic response that didn’t really help. It’s annoying because they already have the item back, so now I’m stuck doing extra work chasing them for money that should’ve been refunded by now. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"I ordered my usual size from Bluefly and..."
I ordered my usual size from Bluefly and it didn’t match the size chart at all. It was super tight in a couple places and then oddly loose in others, like it was made for two different bodies. The return process was a hassle too, and the whole experience had that annoying “no real person there” feeling. I probably wouldn’t order clothes from here again unless I felt like taking a sizing gamble.

"Checkout was easy enough"
Checkout was smooth overall, but I did get a little annoyed with the shipping options because they weren’t instantly clear. I don’t really have the patience to sit there figuring that stuff out, but once I got it, everything was fine. Not a big deal.
